Once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, no return or exchange will be accepted.
Please check your order carefully at the time of delivery.
2. Return Condition – Owner Verification
A return will only be considered if the item is checked, verified, and stamped by the owner at the time of delivery.
Without owner verification and approval, no return will be processed.
3. Damaged or Wrong Item Policy
In the rare case of receiving a damaged or wrong item, it must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
After delivery is accepted without raising an issue, the order will be considered final.
4. Final Decision Rights
The final decision for any return request lies solely with Arihant Silver’s management/owner.
